The Office of Leadership & Organizational Development serves as a strategic partner within the University of Arizona community to help colleges, schools, departments, and units achieve greater levels of effectiveness and productivity, assist leaders with managing the complex change that is inherent in a dynamic workplace, and help all of UA to build the capacity to create the workplace we want.
